At Duo Studio, we offer full architectural service, reaching all aspects of the construction, from conception to completion. Designing homes, extending and converting existing buildings.
To ensure a smooth running of the entire process, we work closely with a variety of consultants. Our consultants can deal with any specific surveys, party wall agreement, structural survey & reports, structural calculations and plans and much more, including helping finding trustwortly builders.
We have extensive experience in dealing with planning authorities throught our involvement in working on significant number of projects in various borough. We work hard liasing with planning officers, following residential guidelines and analysing the planning history of each council to produce project’s proposals susceptibles to success. We endeavour to make any application successful.
