We were tasked with renovating this two-storey detached house to completely enlarge to its maximum footprint, planning has been consented by Barnet Council to built a two-storey side and rear extension, new front porch and a loft conversion.

The homeowners had a clear vision for the design of their interiors and exterior and commissioned us to bring their ideas to live.

To maximise the spaces, we removed all the internal chimney breasts, the kitchen has been relocated allowing the ground floor floor to be opened up, the first floor has a family bathroom, 4 well sized double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite. The loft has a washing room, a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite.

The desire for natural light has been achieved in many elements in the house, through skylights, roof lights and larger windows, an abundance of natural light floods the entire house and the extensions more than doubled the size of the internal living space.
