We were tasked to develop this property into two self-contained flats, the owner lived in this house since childhood and since moving out, the house was in need of refurbishment. Instead of just refurbishment and keep as a single-dwelling house, he wanted to get the maximum value of this property. To comply and to help Barnet with housing demand, we proposed a three bedroom flat at the ground floor with a generous private garden and a two bedroom maisonette at the first floor.
