Our long-standing client approached us to develop this end of terrace property for reselling, the main task was to develop the property to a desirable space, to extend it to its maximum, to allow more bedrooms for a quick sell.

Originally it was a 2 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, the extensions granted by Hertsmere Council allowed us to create a substantial four bedroom house.

Planning permission was tricky, with great effort we secured a 10m ground floor rear extension, it made a huge difference to the internal layout, the changes in heights of all floors allowed us to create a second floor. The house was fully demolished internally, new floors with different ceiling heights from the original house were built.

The house comprises a bright reception room, with stairs leading to the first floor, a downstairs shower room and door leading to the new kitchen breakfast room. This leads onto the dining room., a door leading to the side access and to the rear downstairs bedroom with an en-suite. On the first
floor there are two bedrooms and a family room. There is a third bedroom on the loft.
