We were commissioned to develop the ground floor of this semi-detached art deco property, situated in a desirable area, the house was outdated and in need of renovation.

In collaboration with Liba Interiors, the house has been fully renovated to a high standard. We received planning permission to extend the ground floor level and to convert the existing front garage into a habitable room.

The client is an interior designer and a long time friend, she put all her knowledge, ideas and wishes in renovating the property with her own taste and could not have done better. The floor has been lower to give an extra ceiling height. The addition of large and light floor tiles

make the rooms look bigger and brighter, the front of the house has a lounge, a bedroom with an en-suite has been created in the old garage as a guest room.

The open plan kitchen was the the main focus in the renovation, it should be the heart of the home, with plenty of preparation space for cooking and entertaining. This substantial kitchen has desirable elements and lots of storage. Taking the decision not to put any utilities on the island, the designer created a space that served as a fabulous buffet station when the family entertain. The stunning Crittal doors were designed to flood lighting to the interior, a fantastic and unique element of the design.
