From recommendation from previous clients, we were approached to develop this art deco property to a more desirable house.

The house had an extend roof to the existing side extension that could not be used, firstly because the loft space had not been developed, secondly the side roof was too low in height. We made a planning application to remove the side roof and maximise the main roof, converting the loft space
into a habitable room with a rear dormer window. In a second phase, we applied to reinstate the side roof to the maximum height allowed to join the already developed main roof, the result was a massive master bedroom with an en-suite and space for a small study.

The garage has been converted into an habitable room and the ground floor has been extended to its maximum, a lounge at the front is separated from the open plan kitchen and dining room by a electric fire place.
