Most developments require planning permission or prior approval from Local Planning Authorities, and Duo Studio will deal with the entire process from design to planning applications.
Duo Studio also offers a third party service with regards to our architectural knowledge and computer aid skills to other professionals, most of whom are trusted interior designers.
Our Architectural Design is phased in 4 stages:
Stage 1 – Brief & budget
Initial consultation and survey.
Stage 2 – Planning application submission
Concept design, feasibility studies, final layout.
Stage 3 – Development of Technical Design
Construction details, materials and specifications for tender.
Stage 4 – Operation on site
Construction phase, site visits.
